Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our workshop in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please give us a street address where someone can sign for the parcel.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and India.
To all other destinations:
- Economy shipping — $15
- Express shipping — $35
Order Processing Time
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 10 to 12 business days before your order ships. The exact processing time for each item is shown on its product page.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Choosing express shipping speeds up delivery only — it does not shorten production.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Express — 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Economy — 17 to 19 business days after dispatch
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Signature & Insurance
Every order is fully insured for its full purchase price from the moment it leaves us until it reaches you.
A signature is required on delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the parcel.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot calculate, control or refund them.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, the order is treated as a return and the restocking fee in our refund policy applies.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
We can update the address while your order is still in production. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number.
Because every shipment is insured, a genuinely lost parcel will be replaced or refunded. If a piece arrives damaged, send us photographs straight away and we will repair or replace it at our cost.
Verification
For high-value orders we may contact you to verify the billing and delivery details before production begins. This protects both you and us against fraud, and adds no more than a day to your order.
Notes
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the origin and destination countries. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and can be affected by weather, customs and peak seasons.
