Production time
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 10 to 12 business days before your order ships. The exact processing time for each item is shown on its product page.
Shipping time is added on top of production time. Choosing express shipping speeds up delivery only — it does not shorten production.
Delivery times
- Express — 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Economy — 17 to 19 business days after dispatch
Shipping cost
Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and India.
To all other destinations: economy shipping $15, express shipping $35.
Insurance and delivery
Every order is fully insured for its full purchase price from the moment it leaves us until it reaches you. A signature is required on delivery.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a street address where someone can sign for the parcel.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping charge.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot calculate, control or refund them.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, the order is treated as a return and the restocking fee in our refund policy applies.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us at growndiamondjewelry@gmail.com with your order number. Because every shipment is insured, a genuinely lost parcel will be replaced or refunded.
